All GIÒVE products are available on a pre-order basis and are crafted specifically for each order.
Pre-Order Basis Only
All products are made on a pre-order basis. Since each order is prepared specifically for the customer, production and shipping may require additional processing time.
No Returns
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
Exchange for Size
If the ordered size does not fit, exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products and adult-size orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom Measurements
Providing custom measurements is optional. If custom measurements are not shared within 24 hours of placing the order, the outfit will be processed using recommended standard measurements.
Defective Products
Customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the package for the first time. This video is mandatory for any defect-related claims.
If a product is found to be defective, please share the unboxing video with our support team. After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
No Replacements After Wearing
Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
48-Hour Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, eligible non-defective products may be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
This policy applies only to approved non-defective return requests and is subject to product condition verification.

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify any potential issue quickly and efficiently.
